Name Frame

I made this name frame for a close friend who is having her miracle baby and just found out it is a boy so thought I would make this from his great aunt (lol)
The paper pack I used is out of the new spring catalog "CABOODLE" x7121B

I got this idea from another CTMH consultant. I have made about 20 of these for my girls at school.

To Make These

You cut a your card stock 2 1/2 x 5 1/2

Score it at 2 1/2 and 3

Cut square 2 x 2 and stamp image

Fold, punch holes, and tie or make a bow with the ribbon
